Starting a return: contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll send simple instructions. Items should be returned in original condition and packaging where possible.
Return shipping: if you're returning because you changed your mind, you cover the return postage. If the item is faulty or arrived damaged, we cover everything — see our Complaint & Warranty Policy.
Refund timeline: once we receive the return (or approve a damage claim), we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping, where charged, is non-refundable; U.S. shipping is complimentary.
EU customers: you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Damaged on arrival? Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it — no return needed.
