Returns & refunds

We want you to love your lamp. If it isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Starting a return

Email us at dennis.olsson.business@outlook.com (or use our Contact page) with your order number, and we’ll send simple return instructions. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back.

Condition

Items should come back in their original condition and packaging, unused and carefully packed so they arrive safely.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

EU/EEA customers

If you order from the EU/EEA, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in line with applicable consumer law.
