Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, and shipping is complimentary on every order — the price you see is the price you pay.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email, then a tracking link once it’s on the way.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days after processing. These are estimates and can vary during busy periods and holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delays or lost parcels

If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ business days, or a parcel shows delivered but you can’t find it, email us at dennis.olsson.business@outlook.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we’ll always try to help.
